Beginner Bobbin Lace Class

Beginner Bobbin Lace Class at the Manitoba Crafts Museum and Library 1B-183 Kennedy Street 

Saturday, Sept. 17 1:00 – 4:00 pm.  

$30 class fee, $35 kit fee, includes all supplies.

Folkorama Belgian Pavilion

Resizing Patterns or Threads

Have you ever wanted to do a project and you don't have the right size of thread or want to use something other than what your pattern suggests?  You might feel like you have to guess on how to make the adjustments and may end up doing a lot of work only to find out that your lace doesn't turn out quite the way you planned.

Where: Laureate's Landing in St. Norbert (Villa Maria)

Registration Information

Fee: $240 (specialty prepared foods require 15% additional fees)

Registration Includes: 

All meals and snacks from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. 

Your own private bedroom with adjacent washroom between  2  rooms.  There are plenty of showers down the hall, towels are provided. 

Everything is in one building and the scenic grounds are ours to enjoy.  There's a walk along the river.  The parking lot is large and parking is free. 

A list of items to bring will be emailed closer to the date. 

Registration deadline: September 1, 2011 (payment must be included with registration)
